Story stuck Pending?

That's really unusual. Silly question though - are you sure both stories have been submitted and you have them both Pending, not sitting in Draft (that's happened before).

As a new author, two weeks is getting on a bit, but it's not unheard of. Hang in there!

That's even more weird, coz Laurel would know you. All I can suggest is to keep PM ing.

6/27 I deleted the file, pasted the text and resubmitted. 6/28, it vanished from PENDING and still isn't published - vanished. Over the years 3 other published stories vanished. When they came back they had lost 658, 1030, and 32000+ views. I track them in a spreadsheet so I know.

Gone invisible is odd. That sounds like a glitch in the data base to me - data dropping synch, a file corruption somewhere, a server refresh gone wrong.

There's some technical explanation, I'm sure. I reckon another PM to Laurel, saying what you've said here.

FYI, The 5/1 story is gone. I'll rsub it as new.
The 6/15 story date has changed to 7/1 - I'll look for it then.

I am having similar trouble with a story I am trying to write. When I go to a second page to add to the story I am unable to do so. Whenever I have written a story I always clicked on the two arrows in the upper right hand corner and was then directed to a new page where I could add text. I can no longer do that because of some glitch that is preventing me from doing so.
