The text on the bottom row is partially clipped. None of the alleged deaths on the top row were said to be determined as lynchings. Two of them were said to be suicides, the other three were being investigated for lynchings.

Despicable acts of racism do occur in America. Drawing attention to those acts, condemning them, and bringing perpetrators to justice is a responsibility all decent human beings share.

Doing some digging myself, but all I'm finding is numerous examples of death by hanging that was either ruled suicide or still under investigation with no indications of foul play.

Death by suffocation/hanging is the second most common method of suicide, according to US statistics.

This appears to be yet another example of "assume racism, interpret the evidence to fit that narrative, even if it doesn't actually point that way".
