Stuck in Pending again - 2026 version CLOSED

Hi,

so I had a lot of issues with Literotica not publishing my chapters this year (or reject them), and after posting here it helped, Literotica releasing 4 chapters, but still my main question remains, do they have AI to publish or reject stories? Or is it all manual?

Completely new stories (chapter 1) have a tendency to get published the same day (it just happened again today!), but consequent chapters of existing stories (with the same title but for the chapter number) hang around unpublished for ages. Right now I have 4 in the cue of which 2 are really old.

Probably a combination of automated word bots to do an initial filter, and a manual review of content that doesn't get past whatever the site uses. We don't know anything definite about the site's processes, only what can be gleaned from anecdotal reports.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I had the same kind of feeling. The better my writing becomes, the more issues!
I should go back to the quality of my first chapters, with 283 mistakes per 1000 words...
AND THAT UTTER SHIT GOT PUBLISHED RIGHT AWAY!

I've noticed a lot of stories taking a while, while some get a posting date right away. I did message Laurel about one of mine stuck in pending. It got a posting date the next day.
