IMHO, there is no gender bias here, anyone well dressed is a definite turn on. There is a definite difference between wearing a suit and the suit wearing the wearer. It isn't about being sexy, or trying to be sexy, it is the confidence and professionalism that the person and their attire exudes.

. . . same can be said for wearing one's birthday suit, while one size fits all, it is all up to the individual to own it and make it their own!
