I glanced up as Renegade bolted. That was not a "I gotta pee now" face. That was a "Help, something bad is happening" face.

While Renegade was having a nervous breakdown in the bathroom I was sitting there with the others thinking maybe that 4 cup of lemonade was a bad idea. After using the upstairs bathroom I was stopped on the staircase by Shifter who said

"What was all that about & where is Shadowess?" Standing next to Muffin, my empathic powers felt the fear in Muffin. She was trying to direct her rage toward a car, as Chris, Shifter & Renegade (or had Kronos returned) stuffed Shadowess in. Before we realized what had happened, a black mist engulfed them & they teleported out of sight. Muffin was shaking as the mist dispersed. I put my arms around her & tried to get her to tell me what she had seen. Perhaps she had seen where the villains had taken Shadowess.
