Sustain a wordgasm.

A wordgasm is essentially the polar opposite of writer's block. The words just flow to your fingers and then to your screen. I spent 3 days on and off churning out one crummy page of a story and then polished off 2 pages in an hour when the wordgasm hit. It hit out of the blue and left me out of the blue as well.

Any idea how to sustain it?

Minimize distractions and drains on your time (as an introvert, that means I don't talk to people, either).

Keep the music playing, if that helps.

Walk at least once around the house every hour, get a drink of water, maybe a quick nibble of food, keep thinking.

Sit down again and continue.

Repeat.

A couple of times on good days I've managed to keep it going for 6-10 hours. Usually finished anywhere from 12-20 pages I was very happy with. These are special, though (as soon as another life demand comes up I need to deal with, the spell is usually broken).
