First, let me start by say: "Happy Independence Day!"

Now to the problem at hand...I entered the swinger scene at 19...Back then I could go for 15-20 minutes at a steady pace, take a 2-5 min break and hop right back into the fun! Then I got married, had a family and remained faithful...my sex life was great, but the relationship soured and now we're separated.

So, now I have reentered the scene, and actually received quite a few invitations for playtime. I have never had trouble reading a woman's squirms and breathing; and in turn satisfy most women. However, I now face, what I see as, an affront to my good name: I've lost my stamina... With proper use of foreplay and stategic position changes, I can pump away for 8-10 mins at a steady pace (3-5 mins if she wants it hard and fast), then I require a 45-60 min break before the old boy will come back up. Upon revival, I will maintain a steady pace for 25-30 mins (8-10 if hard and fast). But, after the second performance, I'm spent for the night...the earliest I've been able to play afterward was 5 hours later!
I know there are kegel (sp?) exercises for women. My question is: How do men sustain for longer and recover sooner?

What do you want to hear, really?

You want to be considered some kind of machine-like fuck? We (ladies) can get that (better!) from any vibrator (with the right supply of batteries) or dildo if that's what we want.

I want a man to be swept away by his feelings and orgasm when he can't hold it in anymore. As soon as he can go on autopilot I don't think it's fun anymore.

Well, at the parties there are 3-6 women usually...and honestly I don't like having to pick which one I play with first and second...I'd much rather pleasure myself with all of them...even in the 1-on-1, MMF, and MFF settings, most of my friends are ready for more and more...
But thank you for your reply. I do know that same feeling that you described...hence my current situation...5 years will make a habit.

I'm not sure why I got moved to the Playground, but maybe someone here can give the 'How To' advice that I've humbly requested...
