First, let me start by say: "Happy Independence Day!"
Now to the problem at hand...I entered the swinger scene at 19...Back then I could go for 15-20 minutes at a steady pace, take a 2-5 min break and hop right back into the fun! Then I got married, had a family and remained faithful...my sex life was great, but the relationship soured and now we're separated.
So, now I have reentered the scene, and actually received quite a few invitations for playtime. I have never had trouble reading a woman's squirms and breathing; and in turn satisfy most women. However, I now face, what I see as, an affront to my good name: I've lost my stamina... With proper use of foreplay and stategic position changes, I can pump away for 8-10 mins at a steady pace (3-5 mins if she wants it hard and fast), then I require a 45-60 min break before the old boy will come back up. Upon revival, I will maintain a steady pace for 25-30 mins (8-10 if hard and fast). But, after the second performance, I'm spent for the night...the earliest I've been able to play afterward was 5 hours later!
I know there are kegel (sp?) exercises for women. My question is: How do men sustain for longer and recover sooner?
