There’s something about settling in on a Sunday night and getting into a brand-new show. Perfect way to wind down in some comfy pjs before the new week begins.
😴😴

What’s everyone else watching lately? Any shows you’d recommend adding to my watchlist?
I am not the one for horror movies, so, I can easily be missing the very basic staff in this area but as a matter of fact I watched (not finished) the movie "Friday The 13th" a couple of weeks ago.

Anyways, without having any idea about the relation between them, I have just started watching these series Crystal Lake now, and I stopped right after a scene in first episode.

Here, the officer walks out of a diner to his car. And I said, wait, I know this place! And then I remembered the name of the lake in the movie where people were being slaughterd in a lake camp :)
I did not feel lazy and went back to the movie to find the scene, and here it is :)

This is the scene where a girl comes to the town and goes into a diner to ask how she can go to the camp :)

I did a quick search and found out the relation between these stories. This may be obvious to everyone, but noticing it without knowing made my evening lol :):)

Anyways, can we say the production did a fine job?

This happens to me all the time. Or they take my favorites off the menu 😢
Omg it’s just heartbreaking. We lost so many good places because of Covid and I get so sad thinking about it.
Let me pick my jaw up off the floor…

I’ve never encountered this myself. It would be a deal breaker for me I think, mostly because it’s probably just the tip of the iceberg. I need someone open minded and adventurous who is willing to be my sexual partner in crime. It’s totally ok if one or both of us haven’t done things before. Experimenting and experiencing together is the fun part!
Yes I completely agree!!
I was in a place where I felt very stuck in my previous relationship, before my current partner, with someone who had zero imagination and zero care to learn or explore.
Thankfully he broke up with me because I decided to go back to school and he wanted babies 😂😂 (no thx)
I would like to subscribe to this newsletter!
Circulation is pretty irregular but I will add you 😌🤭

Yes!! It’s actually throughout the show. Which I loved.

I should give an update on my thoughts on it I finished it!! Will do sometime this week.

OMG!! That sounds magical. 🥰😍
Magical is the perfect word! Plus I love the outdoors and the botanical gardens at night are so fucking cool and a little spooky.
She thought of me ?? 🙈🫠🤭
I did 😉
Okay this is amazing?! Imagine how long it took. The intricate details.

Gorgeous!🎃
I talked to one of the artists. About 8 hours of carving and that’s after the design is finalized. I love the mix of techniques - shaving, carving, painting, etc.

This year they also added this giant Day of the Dead stained glass sculpture. I wanted more cider, a hammock, and to cuddle up and just soak it all in.

Wow 8 hours ! Thats crazy.
Yes, you have to be mega talented.
I actually love watching those dumb tv shows where they have pumpkin or cake decorating competitions. People are so creative!!

ooh I love glass sculptures. sounds like a dream!
cider my beloved. 🥰

While not NYC the no license thing happens here in Boston enough so it's not that odd, but you're probably still weird;-) How many chicks talk about Lord Alfred???
Oh I am.
The Lady of Shalott was featured in my favourite Anne of Green Gables adaptation, so clearly I’m in very exclusive company 😂
