It comes down to how it's enforced and how compliance is measured.

The IAEA should be involved.

The enforcement is where this will significantly different. Instead of snapping back sanctions, the enforcement will likely just be a return to war in case of violations. Before you had a coalition of willing nations to step in and assert leverage....now you don't even have Israel on board....who was our partner in this war.

I'm not saying it won't be successful nor am I hoping it isn't. I want peace, but I don't have any faith in this administration to do well.
