He was saying that if someone offends you with words that you are justified in using physical violence.

Specifically he's saying that SJW/blacks, etc. are justified in physically attacking white people who use language they decide is offensive.

Now when a nigger offends me, I respond in kind, and when a nigger assaults me, I will respond in kind as well.
