Watching football, drinking beer, and resting my back. I can barely move...
It was a bit better this morning but then I had to go out to rake leaves and probably injured the muscle more.
This is a new injury btw, not the same from Monday. Yeah, I rock.
My goal is to be back to at least running by Tuesday. I just started it back up so I can't already stop.

Ugh. That Buick commercial was stupid.
