The 149th Week of Donald's Derp

Rudy And The Chucklefux Were Shaking Down ALLLLL The Oligarchs, ALLEGEDLY

Wonkette summarizes that conspiracy!

Rudy Giuliani has lost his damn mind! The New York Times has finally confirmed what we've suspected all along -- that Giuliani sent Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman to persuade Ukrainian oligarchs to dig up dirt on Joe Biden to make their American legal problems go away. First he ran the play with Dmitry Firtash, who's facing extradition to the US on federal bribery charges. Then he twisted the arm of Ukraine's then-president Petro Poroshenko, who actually agreed to open investigations of the Bidens and the bullshit theories about Ukrainian interference in the 2016 US election. And then when Poroshenko lost his reelection bid, Rudy sent Parnas and Fruman to offer the Firtash deal to oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky, who was close to President-elect Volodymyr Zelenskyy and facing possible bank fraud charges of his own in the US. All with the blessing of the president of the United States. HO. LEE. SHIT.

Let's see how Bill Barr spins this!:D

Former White House counsel Don McGahn must obey subpoena to testify before Congress, judge rules

The same question about White House immunity — this one related to the impeachment inquiry — is pending before another judge in Washington.

Justice Department lawyers had argued that as a former close adviser to the president, McGahn could not be commanded to appear before Congress. The government said the long-standing view, under both Republican and Democratic administrations, is that the president and his immediate advisers are absolutely immune to such demands.

Administration lawyers cited a 1999 Justice Department legal opinion issued by Janet Reno, attorney general during the Clinton administration. "Subjecting a senior presidential advisor to the congressional subpoena power would be akin to requiring the president himself to appear before Congress" on matters related to his official duties, the Reno opinion said.

Opinions are like assholes, even Janet Reno has one but they are not Judicial opinions!
Be very afraid Donnie boy. Your days are numbered!:D:D:D

‘I was wrong’: Republican Senator Kennedy backtracks on allegations Ukraine could have hacked Democrats

Wut?

Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) was caught in an exchange on Fox News Sunday where he alleged that Ukraine could have hacked the Democratic Party. There’s no proof of it and Kennedy was ripped to shreds for days by people saying that he’s smarter and should know better.

“I did that interview yesterday with Chris Wallace, damn good reporter,” Kennedy began. “I was answering one of his questions and he interjected a statement and asked me to react to it. What I heard Chris say was he made the statement that only Russia had tried to interfere in the election. And I answered the question. That’s not what he said. I went back and looked at the transcript. He said only Russia tried to hack the DNC computer. Now, Chris is right. I was wrong. The only evidence I have and I think it’s overwhelming is that it was Russia to tried to hack the DNC computer.”

Looks like Kennedy has give up on the Kool-Aid!

THe PeeResiderp's Minions are jumping ship!

Supreme Court grants emergency stay blocking House from obtaining Trump’s financial records

On Monday, the Supreme Court granted the request by President Donald Trump’s lawyers to issue an emergency stay blocking House lawmakers’ subpoena for financial records from Mazars, the accounting firm that has worked with Trump’s businesses.

The justices have requested a briefing on the issue by December 5 before deciding on how to proceed.

Tax Evasion is impeachable right?:)

Trumpski's lawyers better get their shit together soon.:)

Republicans ‘are being used by Russia’: Former GOP congressman rips those spreading conspiracy theories

Former Rep. David Jolly (R-FL) was interviewed by Ali Velshi on MSNBC’s “The Last Word” on Monday.

“First, let’s recognize what they are doing now, what Sen. [John] Kennedy (R-LA) said, it’s gravely dangerous,” Jolly said. “Through their ignorance, negligence, they are being used by Russia.”

“Republican senators and Republican members of Congress tonight are being used by Russia because they are unwilling to look at the truth,” he added. “What I’ve learned these last three years is it wasn’t a law and order party, just a party that hated Bill Clinton. It wasn’t a constitutional party when Barack Obama was in office, it was just a party that hated Barack Obama. We’re seeing a party embracing Donald Trump because they have a quest for power, proximity for power and they want within their reach the ability to self-deal.”

"Used by" or "aiding and abiding"? Let's call a traitor a goddamned Traitor, not an unwitting fool. Dishonour not dumbshittery!

2 ‘big lies’ from the White House ripped in The New York Times: ‘Collusion wasn’t a hoax and Trump wasn’t exonerated’

Even the Grey Lady is turning on Trump, Has Murduck decided to cut his losses?:)

President Donald Trump was blasted in the pages of The New York Times for lying to the American people during the impeachment inquiry.

“There are two very big lies that Donald Trump and his sycophants have used, through aggressive, bombastic repetition, to shape the public debate about impeachment, and about Trump’s legitimacy more broadly,” columnist Michelle Goldberg wrote.

“The first big lie is that ‘the people’ elected Trump, and that the constitutional provision of impeachment would invalidate their choice. In fact, Trump is president only because a constitutional provision invalidated the choice of the American people. Trump lost the popular vote and might have lost the Electoral College without Russian interference, and yet many Democrats and pundits have been bullied into accepting the fiction that he has democratic, and not just constitutional, legitimacy,” she explained.

“The second big lie is that Russia didn’t help elect Trump, and that the president has been absolved of collusion. It’s true that the report by Robert Mueller, the former special counsel, did not find enough evidence to prove a criminal conspiracy between Trump’s campaign and Russian state actors,” Goldberg continued. “But the Mueller report found abundant evidence that the campaign sought Russian help, benefited from that help and obstructed the F.B.I. investigation into Russian actions. His investigation resulted in felony convictions for Trump’s former campaign chairman, deputy campaign chairman, personal lawyer, first national security adviser, and longtime political adviser, among others.”

The only way this is News is that the Grey Lady is just find out these things. Or maybe she's just trying to weasel out of her own guilt for supporting the Trumpster?

Devin Nunes’ hometown newspaper suggests he’s ‘coordinating’ with Trump on impeachment rhetoric

In a piece last Tuesday for Nunes’ hometown newspaper The Frenso Bee, Kate Irby and Francesca Chambers noted that much of Nunes’ rhetoric echoes the rhetoric of President Trump and “has closely matched Trump’s own defense of his actions.”

“…and some details within the impeachment hearings suggest Nunes could be coordinating with the White House.”

Oh, Ya think?

Devin is Trumpski' Pomeranian, dancing on his hind legs for treats!

‘If Trump says ‘come over and shave my back’ Lindsey Graham will be there”: Rick Wilson grosses out MSNBC’s Katy Tur

As for Graham, Wilson called the senator a “rolling tragedy” who should know better.

“He knows Biden doesn’t deserve this,” Wilson went on. “He knows the facts don’t merit it, and he knows he’s contributing to this propaganda effort to say that Ukraine was at fault.”

Tur asked why Graham is doing it if he knows it’s wrong.

“He’s doing it for Donald Trump,” answered Wilson. “He wants to be either secretary of state or re-elected or — or to be in that circle of people that Trump says are nice to him. And he’s a man without a single moral qualm. You know, today he said his obligation. You know, Lindsey had an obligation to the Constitution, the law, and the voters of South Carolina. But now basically if Donald Trump says, ‘hey, come over and shave my, back,’ Lindsey’s going to be there.”

Tur was grossed out and ended the panel by telling Wilson “to go wash his brain out with soap.”

Putin must have a lot of shit on Ms Lindsey. Was a pool boy involved?

Fusion GPS founder bluntly destroys GOP myth the Steele report was part of a Democratic plot against Trump

Appearing on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Fusion GPS co-founders Glenn Simpson and Peter Fritsch swiftly put to rest the Republican myth that the notorious “Steele dossier” was initiated by Democrats to destroy President Donald Trump.

Speaking with Morning Joe co-host Willie Geist and MSNBC regular Ken Dilanian, they got right to the point while promoting their book, “Crime in Progress: Inside the Steele Dossier and the Fusion GPS Investigation of Donald Trump.”

“Right,” Simpson swiftly replied. “Originally we were retained by a conservative newspaper during the Republican primaries. and it was an intra-Republican competition.”

“We worked for about seven months looking into Donald Trump during the Republican primaries and that’s important to remember and is detailed in length in the book because the Republican talking points now is that this is some kind of Democratic hoax or conspiracy,” he continued. “That doesn’t make logical sense because the Republicans paid for half of the investigation.”

So it was a Republican conspiracy?:D

Chairman Jerry Nadler throws down gauntlet in letter notifying Trump of Dec. 4 impeachment hearing

The House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday announced that it would hold its first impeachment hearing on Dec. 4.

In a letter addressed to President Donald Trump Tuesday afternoon, Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY) said that the hearings rules would be based on the impeachments of Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton.

He said that the first hearing would examine the “grounds for impeachment.”

If McGahn has to testify, we'll hear about 12-4, Jerry will have a star witness.:D

Ways and Means is in the bull pen waiting on the Tax Returns rulings.:D

LISTEN: Trump went on Bill O’Reilly’s radio show on Tuesday — to throw Rudy Giuliani under the bus

President Donald Trump suggested his own defense lawyer, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, should be the fall guy for the administration’s Ukraine scandal.

The president made his argument during a Tuesday appearance with disgraced former Fox News personality Bill O’Reilly.

Trump suggested that anything Giuliani did in Ukraine was for other clients, and that he was not directing Giuliani.

"It wasn't me!" is Trumpski's go to excuse. :)

Is this Ukraine 2.0? Trump’s OMB holds up congress-approved military assistance

Congress approved more than $100 million in U.S. military aid to Lebanon in September but the Trump administration won’t even tell Beirut the check is in the mail.

For reasons no one fully understands–yet–Trump is holding up payment in a move reminiscent of the delay in military aid to Ukraine which led to something going on in Washington, D.C., this month called an impeachment inquiry.

It is "unclear" why Trump is being such a Dick about this, except for the fact that it helps Russia and BentinYahoo may be "helping".

Could it be Jarad, wanting to be a dick?

Trump's Latest Handout to His Rich Buddies Is Truly Unbelievable

Trump's Latest Handout to His Rich Buddies Is Truly Unbelievable

Breaking news: Donald Trump inadvertently said something true! He recently exulted that his special tax incentives to spur investment in poverty projects have gone “beyond anything that anybody… even thought.”

So true! His “Opportunity Zone” tax breaks are financing such “anti-poverty” projects as a “superyacht marina” on the toney waterfront of West Palm Beach, Florida. Who would’ve thought?

Named Rybovich, this project is a “luxurious resort-style” marina that will accommodate the $100-million, football-field-sized yachts of the superrich. Not your typical poverty zone.

It’s being developed by Wayne Huizenga Jr. — the politically connected billionaire who inherited a fortune last year from his father, a corporate baron who owned Blockbuster Video and was a major donor and plutocratic pal of Donald Trump.

Even more disgusting is that, since the law limits the number of Opportunity Zone projects, slipping in the Huizenga’s luxury Marina meant that an actual poverty-stricken area in Florida got rejected by the governor. Plutocracy in action.

Corruption? Yes.

Dirty double dealing dirtbag.

Giuliani was in talks to be paid by Ukraine's top prosecutor as they together sought damaging information on Democrats

Washington Post|30 minutes ago

President Trump's personal attorney, Rudolph W. Giuliani, negotiated earlier this year to represent Ukraine's top prosecutor for at least $200,000 during the same months that Giuliani was working with the prosecutor to dig up dirt on vice president Joe Biden, according to people familiar with the discussions. The people said that Giuliani ...

‘Sex is probably the one thing you can’t blackmail Donald Trump over’: Steele dossier producer discusses Russia’s — and Trump’s — corruption

For Wednesday’s “Trump, Inc.” episode, we spoke to a person who has a lot to say about business corruption and Russian influence in the U.S. He’s also become a central figure in the very story he’s been researching for years. He’s Glenn Simpson.

Simpson first came to these issues as an investigative journalist at The Wall Street Journal. Then in 2010, he co-founded Fusion GPS, a research firm. During the 2016 campaign, he began to research Donald Trump for two clients: first for a Republican opposed to Trump and then for a lawyer for Democrats.

Good Interview. :)

New documents nail Rudy Giuliani for lying about pursuing personal business deals in Ukraine

President Trump’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, has repeatedly claimed that he has no business dealings in Ukraine, but according to a new revelation from The New York Times, Giuliani “privately pursued hundreds of thousands of dollars in business from Ukrainian government officials” while he publicly looked for damaging information in the country regarding Trump’s political rivals.

According to the Times’ report, Giuliani’s “discussions with Ukrainian officials proceeded far enough along that he prepared at least one retainer agreement, on his company letterhead, that he signed.”

Has the Grey Lady flipped on Trumpski and his minions?:)

‘His perfect D cups’: Internet collectively gags at Trump bragging about his ‘gorgeous chest’

President Donald Trump’s Florida rally on Tuesday had a number of bizarre moments, but one was the president bragging about his “gorgeous chest.”

After the president led a room full of conservative Christian voters chanting “bullsh*t” at the top of their lungs, he brought up the recent trip to Walter Reed for “tests.” He noted that there was a conspiracy theory going around that he had a heart attack, which he debunked by explaining he has a “gorgeous chest.”

But his 'six-pack' has turned into a kegger!:)

Trump’s Turkey Corruption Is Way Worse Than You Realize

Earlier this month, Trump National Security Advisor John Bolton, the moustachioed one, the unlikeliest of potential #Resistance heroes, left another clue about his knowledge of President Donald Trump’s corrupt dealings during an investment event at Morgan Stanley.

According to a report by MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle, Bolton said that he believes there is a “personal or business relationship dictating Trump’s position on Turkey.”

Wait what?

The president’s former national security advisor suggested that the commander-in-chief made life or death national security decisions because of an active conflict of interest related to his business?

Even by the standards of Trumpian corruption, this is holy-motherforking-shirtballs level stuff.

How could the Trump administration have two cases of diplomacy being performed for personal corrupt ends? I mean, really: How does this sort of thing happen when there are so many checks in place?in a giant federal bureaucracy.

Well, the Ukraine “drug deal” was able to get as far as it did because the dealers—Mick, Rudy, Gordo, and Rick—acted in what Ambassador Bill Taylor described as an “irregular” diplomatic channel. Which is to say: outside of the regular structure that is guided by law and norms and all the other things the “rule of law” party used to care a lot about.

And it turns out that a similarly irregular diplomatic channel exists with Turkey. Earlier this month, the New York Times reported that Berat Albayrak—he’s Turkish strongman Recep Erdogan’s son-in-law—said that he’s been working on “backdoor diplomacy”—his words, not mine—with Jared Kushner and Mehmet Ali Yalçındağ, son-in-law of Trump’s business partner Aydin Dogan.

Kushner, of course, is American strongman Donald Trump’s son-in-law.

That “backdoor”—son-in-law to son-in-law to son-in-law—goes around the U.S. ambassador to Turkey, who is a career diplomat named David Satterfield.

Jarad like "back door" deals apparently. I wonder what Ivanka has to say about 'back door" dealios?:D
