I had to do this in one of my novels, and instead of the realistic 15-y-o hanging round the 17-y-o football team in high school, getting taken behind the bike-shed and learning what's what (wholly consensually) and loving it, I had an idiot 18-y-o hanging round a 20-y-o in University and getting etc...

Anyone reading it knows that all ten year olds in the UK are taught more about the mechanics of sex than she "knew" at 18 and I am sure no reader was fooled by the age switch.

It was only establishing that the heroine of the story was an experienced and avid participant when the story proper starts when she is at University, but it spoiled the effect.

And yes, sex with a 15-y-o is statutory rape in the UK and a man over 21 can get life for it. Nevertheless we have dozens of pregnant 12, 13, 14-y-o schoolgirls every year.

The law doesn't state it that way, however, if an on-line buisness is set up on US soil, they have a right to govern what happens with the rules on that site. In this case, it is a porn story site set up in the US. We could care less, or give a flying fuck what yuo in the UK wanna do to wack off. If it involves kids, hey, so be it. But, while participating in a buisness of any sort from the US, you comply with thier rules. Failure on our part to govern our laws with what others do, means WE get in trouble.

You can write a story about a 15 year old who gets it on with a 21 year old if you want. You can submit it here if you want. If it gets through, and no one catches the age in it, Laurel is the one to get in trouble, not you. To save her ass, she complies with the laws of the USA. That is what she has to do in order to run a site off US soil.

Does that clear it up a bit? No one in the US is saying you brits can't do it if you want. But set up your own site to do it on, or find someone elses UK site to do it on. Don't come here, and expect us to bend our rules simply because they don't apply in the same fashion to you. We would still get our asses in a sling.
