I got my ass handed to me playing rugby today, I think I'm going to start exercising again. I used to be able to kick the guys' ass. (looks for gym membership card)

)They will. Once your muscles get stronger. Just think of the sexy legs you'll have when you're done. You'll have to post pictures at some point so we can all drool over them.I did squats, leg machines and the sit up chairs. Hopefully the squats will stop making me so sore soon.

I read articles about that in the past, can't remember what they suggested doing instead to get the same results though. They will tone your legs and butt and also increase your heart rate and burn calories/fat while you are doing them.
Start off with 10lb dumbbells and slowly increase your weight. Trust me, they are wonderful!

I'm just lazy. Me and the exsub aways argued what was harder, yogo or pilates. Just 5 minutes of yoga kills me. Maybe it's a male/female thing.
