OM is up running and getting her coffee. Cowboy is safe from the fires, but not stupid people. Unfortunately they are everywhere. B2 is staying warm with his old pup by his side HDH is at work. L2 is gathering snippets and doing research. Lilianna is hopefully getting better and back to us soon. We are all freezing and coffee is still...well coffee....

I get ocular migraines as well. But they never hurt and I never get a headache.

Just that weird aura thing in both of my eyes.

When I googled it years ago, when I first started getting them, this image is exactly what they look like for me… it’s really disconcerting. They go away after 30 or 45 minutes. I don’t get the headache though like you do.

I got one once when I was driving and had to pull over.

My daughter gets these as well. Also, no headache.

Mine look like this.... if I catch in time no headache or just a dull ache. First time happened I thought my retina detached. mine is prob screen time qnd stress related. I need a dang hug today..... a long one like wrap me in a blanket, give me a hot chocolate and just hug me. Ugh

Same - although currently in a heat wave as it is 5F above :LOL: and no negative wind chill while the winds stay low

I hate migraines! I don't get the auras but do get the headaches -less now that I've made oodles of lifestyle and diet changes and found an effective treatment. Just confirmed my annual approval for 2025 treatments has been issued.
I also learned that migraines can run in families. When I first started getting them, I found out that all 3 of my sisters also get them occasionally.

So - to our fellow spoonies with migraines/headaches...

I spoke too soon.

I didn’t have an ocular migraine today, but I sure got a headache.

I blame work. 😂. I’m a victim. Who can I sue? 😉

thank goodness our cat is not a noodge. But I can empathize, every other cat I’ve ever had wants to get fed at 3 AM and make sure that I’m awake.

Well I just realized I left my hose attached to the outside spigot I had asked my neighbor to squeeze himself into the crawl****** and turn off outside water., but it has been cold. When I use the hose, I turn off spigot and drain the hose but it was def "crispy" when I detached it tonight. I have an anti freeze spigot..... but I am worried. Too dark to see if there was any frost or ice there. Do I need to worry? Cause worrying helps.

What should I do?

Is there anything g I can do?

I am so uoset.....
