All we have is septic here. I'm so glad I don't have to worry about my yard swamping!

They work on the principle of evaporation. Therefore, when the yard is soggy and swamp like, they don’t evaporate.


Septic is what we have out in the country, too, but we are on top of a hill and we have fabulous soil for it. So, no issues.


The city house is on sewer. Double no worries.


Unless the city goes further to hell in a handbasket than it is already….

I guess they have nothing to stop it? I rememeber gypsy moths turning the PA forrest brown but it did not kill the trees.

It looks like ash trees are going the way of the American chestnut.

There is some kind of injection you can give them but it’s a crap shoot.

It’s a major safety issue here in the northeast and the upper Midwest. In big wind, storms, a lot of the dead ash trees blow over onto powerlines.

We have a Bernese mountain dog (full) that's 14 months old and then a puppy that's 1/2 berner and 1/2 lab ...... Plus my daughter has a room upstairs with a whole bunch of exotics (mostly reptiles and amphibians) she's a bio major.... Dinner was "chipotle bowls" steak..... I make up all the parts and everyone builds their bowls .... Then made s'mores dip for dessert.

Umm.... I LOVE PuPPIES!!!!!!

Snakes lizards etc are.awesome in cages at someone else's house...

Smore dip? Yummy!!!

I guess I should have made the above a reply but I was asked about our animals and the food.

Good morning all..... My biggest complaint this morning is that I forgot to set the coffee maker last night and now I'm just waiting.

Feels like forever to wait doesn't it
