@dkak001 i had/have Achilles tendinitis all the time. I’m mostly over it? But it does flare up from time to time.This is great advice, Wat!![]()
My left one was due to a heel spur. It got so bad that I had to have a procedure done on it. It was a looooong recovery.
But for every day stuff, I stretch every sinuke day. Heel stretches, mobility exercises and a massage rolling stick. (Enter that in Amazon search). It will help massage your muscles, especially muscle knots.
Ice and/or heat.
