Mine is moving again, albeit slowly. It was slow when it was moving before. My foot is feeling better, so likely I can get my walking program back in gear, so to speak. I already get a bunch of steps in at the job.

I need to increase water and veggies ... I eat calorie deficit ...maybe too low and I have slowed my metabolism.... ugh
 
I’m exhaustelated.

Never quite woke up and got going. Sort of going in slow mo. Finished cleaning out the basement - the cleaning people arriving tomorrow to take out the drywall and anything else that’s damaged in the laundry room.

Then worked at the farm and cleaned up the farm yard and stacked wood.

Now just chillin.

I’m tired. May take a short nap after dinner.

I had a hard time waking up, it took until about 4pm before I could get my head around work.
You’ve accomplished so much more than I have today.
I have 2 taxes to file this week and 2 extensions, otherwise I’m done. I cleaned my literal desk top, printed some files had two meals, washed up, put on deodorant, fresh night shirt, slippers, talked and chatted to a couple friends and that’s it so far.

They may be ok. Hopefully no one’s planted serious crops yet. A lot of the flowers that are out, are usually the hardy type that will deal with minor freezes.

Even pretty trees, like cherry and magnolia, might just have their flowers browned or rusted by the cold.
