Typical busy weekend.

Helped Mrs wonderer on a job of hers. She really hurt her rib a few weeks ago and it’s giving her a lot of trouble.

Mower farmyard and our front yard. Split firewood, stacked some of it. 18,400 steps.

Just had dinner outside. Now time for a shower.

Is she wrapping her ribs? It will help.

The ace bandage will act as a splint as well. Using a pillow with the wrap will help. As will gentle hugs!

Good morning early risers and evening to Lilli and our Aussie and Kiwi friends. Good afternoon to friends in Europe.

The taxi will be running today. The good news is my granddaughter is over the recent childhood virus but my partner’s granddaughter is coming down with it. Thus my partner was exposed yesterday and we do not see each other when that happens.

Sigh, little ones are virus factories.

I think that's a discontinued treatment as it can restrict breathing and allow nasty bugs for things like pneumonia to take hold.
Check with your doctor or call the nurse line if you have one available.
Ice or cold packs can help, too.

As long as she can take deep breaths, she should be OK with a wrap.

Not so much until my junior and senior years in college. Gave it up when going to graduate school as was losing too much of my memory. Now it’s too complicated with all of my meds but it would be nice to inhale again!
