I’m too much all into the wine. Now that the wind died down a bit I am back at the smoker. Short smokes for dinner. I gained a bit during that windy month or so. I kept trying to perfect beef seared after swimming a few hours in the sous vide. The ham a with Mac n cheese didn’t help either ;)
 
Well I will be incommunicado for a while. Just today. I have to go into the office, to see weasels in person. Because having to deal with them over teams isn't enough. We are having a team building event. I don't want to be part of this team I just wanted to my job and go home and collect a paycheck on Friday. Some may say this is a bad attitude, I am pretty sure it is self preservation. Everyone have a good day and I will check in soon

I hate those “team building” things…I tried to tell them…I got enough of that in the U.S. Army to last two lifetimes.

We can't vacuum the living room in one go for the Twilight hair. Too much Labrador on the floor.

Wife was asking the little one why she didn't sleep in the top bunk anymore and she answered back, "Have you seen the sheet on the top bunk?". Of course we hadn't. So the wife climbed up there and saw what she described as a "Nest" of cat hair from Saoirse. She's a tortoiseshell. I thought it looked like John Travolta dropped his toupee.
 
I need to join a gym. I'm just not getting the results I want in the basement. Plus I'm a social animal and would like the company of people I don't know pretending to not judge me for form, fitness and fashion. HA!

Got company coming today. My brother and his wife are visiting today. That puts all three of the siblings and their spouses along with our mom in the same house. I wonder if he has an ulterior motive like making off with the silverware or copying down family recipes. Hmm, gonna have to keep an eye on him.

I hope he brings his bow this trip. He can't draw it anymore. He said I could have it. I wanted to set mine back to the length and draw weight the girls can use and set his back up to my pull weight so we can all shoot together this summer. I still need to get a target though.

Anyways, gonna go dark around noon by hillbilly time.

For field points a cardboard box full of rags will stop anything you can draw. When the box gets ratty, just replace the box. You'll want something different for broadheads, tho. I like the rolled up foam ones for those.

Once the bow is tuned, it should shoot field points and broadhead the same. If it doesn't, it might need some tuning. Once tuned you can practice with field points and only do a few shots with broadheads to double check placement.

Yeah I paper tune my shafts for flight. I put my arrows in an order from clockwise and from closest to furthest and adjust aim points.
