Today I built a firewood rack. Sounds like a lot but I already had an 8ft palet that was only 30” wide. I used a bunch of fall off to make the ends, and I moved a shit ton of firewood out of the barn I and onto the rack.

Then mowed the lawn.

And wrapped up with planting a second round of pumpkins, gourds and sunflowers for the grow lights.

Now watching America’s funniest home videos.

Wife ordered seeds this weekend. The garden just melted out of the snowbank. I though it was free the other day, but nope, one corner was still buried! :ROFLMAO:
 
Oh, and I accidentally freaked my cat out. I washed all my tools and the bag they go in. Let everything dry last night and packed everything up this morning to put in the truck. She started reacting the way she did when I was out of town for training. She went a little wild when I got home from errands today and is currently curled up in my lap making sure I don't go anywhere. 😂

When do you usually plant there? Late May?

We’re in zone 7, but it looks like you’re in zone 3 or 4.

Our rule of thumb here is Mother’s Day. Altho we’ve def been known to have hard freezes after that.

The old-timers (wait, am I one now?) used to always say June 10th.

Sometimes you can get away with earlier, sometimes not.

I will take all the advice I can get. Sometimes I just sit there and don't know what to do or check for. I definitely don't know what to look for.
