Went to see an A league ball game last night. $2 night and $5 beer!

Nothing is more pure than minor league baseball.

They’ve been carving me like a Christmas turkey for 15 yrs, but only burned off two spots, so nothing to worry about this round.

My Scotch-Irish skin growing up at the beach in the south in the age of Coppertone #4 or Hawaiian Tropic straight oil w no sunscreen (although I’m hearing the sunscreens of yore had chemicals that are bad ? ) when I was a teen. Or just not giving a damn and burning that first time of the year, then letting it tan and not worrying about it. . One of my summer jobs in HS was clamming out on the flats. My shoulders would burn/tan/peel then turn that purple color . Rinse repeat all summer.

The struggle was real, but damn that SI skin tans a golden brown!

The smell of sunscreen (esp Hawaiian tropic)!Will always make me think summer.

Made an earlier bus cuz I was fuck all. Had bad news on a project I’m working on. I was responsible for 7 sub projects that make up a larger workstream that makes up an even larger project.

Got the eighth subproject dumped on me. Also the largest and most impactful one. I can’t do it by myself and will def need help. I was tapped out as it was.

Just venting. It’s just work.
