I get visual migraines too. They don’t hurt at all. Just makes my vision all squiggly for a an hour or two. This is a good representation of what it looks like.

I love Ben & Jerry's too LOL. That was my kryptonite years ago. If you want to gain weight back I can highly recommend eating a pint or two of that per day!

I understand that sinus inflammation can press against the optic nerve cause some sight issues. It’s very disturbing and happened yesterday.
