Getting ready for the big wedding this weekend. Extended family on the wife’s side so plenty of family drama to wade through with them. . So Mrs wonderer pain while sleeping saga continues.

Last night was her worst night of sleep since this whole thing began about a week ago. She thinks she may have had a reaction to the Doxy and/or the Tylenol she took before bed. She’s staying on the doxy and trying Advil instead.

The pain has moved from her left arm to include her back, her hips and her right leg.

She was miserable this morning, and now that she is up and around, she said she feels great.

But then when she is ready to sleep??? It all goes to shit.



It’s almost beer o’clock.

Do not take the following w/in 2 hours of Doxy (before or after):
Calcium
Dairy
Magnesium
Iron

There may be more but those are what I have on my reminder note (still taped to my monitor)

Mrs wonderer has Lyme myalgia, which is severe muscular skeletal pain from Lyme.

Weirdly she is fine during the day, but the minute she stops moving her arm and back and hips and legs hurt.

So continued doxycycline. It’s a powerful medication.

I had to reconfigure my entire medication schedule when I was on doxy last year.
I'm sure it was communicated but...

Dairy
Magnesium

How awful... and insidious that it ramps up at the exact time you need to get restorative sleep.

I have zero experience w/ Lyme myalgia, but when I had my worst pain with the tendonitis - this product helped me. Not sure if it would be beneficial for Lyme myalgia.
It's not cheap, but I would buy it again because it worked for me. (The 1st medication caused a huge allergic reaction)
