Oh dear. I don’t like to give advice but i discovered something in my 50s that made the BS less significant. I finally realized that “I” needed to be put at the top of the list. You are the most important person to yourself. More than anyone else. It’s a hard thing because we are taught our entire life that everyone and everything else is more important. I spend money on me trainer coaches etc because i feel better. I’ve had the heart attack’s the stent and Missk love yourself first and foremost because your worth it.

I'm so sorry, Kathy. Regardless of the relationship, losing mom is never easy.

But before I go... what's ur opinion on this?

Hmm, Dolly Parton is her godmother... and 7th cousin.
Both have lovely voices and can carry this song well.
I think an unplanned video of them both talking about the song and their covers of it would be interesting. Must also bring an extra layer to their relationship, too.

I got to 3 am when my tendinitis flared. Got up, took ibuprofen and some little food to not irritate the stomach. Waiting for the ibuprofen to work along with the heating pad.

I hate nights like that... and there were several after each of my knee replacements (which is different than a tendonitis flare but similar pain and loss of sleep). I hope the PT helps reduce these episodes for you.

Well stress test was…more stressful than I remember.
I was supposed to hit 138 bpm…I got to 136…and ran out of gas!
One thing was established…I’m out of shape! . I need a trainer…get dedicated like OM…

I hope they accept your numbers and you get good results back.
I struggled to get my heart rate up where they needed but kept going because I really did not want to do the chemical version of the test.
