Same here - but it's just baked into my mornings now. Really only notice on Lazy Days and Early Travel Days really. 🤷‍♀️

I'm blessed - the most toxic family member only contacts me when they want something. Boundary and Red Flag all wrapped* up in one.

*almost had a typo warp for wrap - works either way TBH 😂

I'm used to it - been taking the med this way for over half my life now. Changes the order of a Lazy Morning but otherwise just suffles the order around a bit.
Coffee - breakfast - shower becomes start coffeepot - shower - coffee - breakfast

I’m doing PT for my hip and glute tendons. And my PT keeps trying to add on stuff. Last week we added a stretch which twisted the back muscles. I was in pain for 2 days. Today he suggested another stretch and it also twists my back muscles. This time I said no and he looked puzzled. I said remember that last time? Then he got it.

I may ask for a different PT. The women seem more sensitive. One helped with the back pain last week.
 
Well that was a really busy weekend. I spent two days at the Scottish Gamefair st Scone Palsce. I had a day on the Pass It On Young Sports stand helping my pal. Again we were trying to develop opportunities for children to get out into the countryside.

Then another day just pottering and speaking with people and enjoying "Me Time". It was good to catch up with a few people I know and make contacts with some I didn't. That included a reception invitation to hear about the value of shooting. Interestingly this included health and ecological/carbon credits.

Well that feels like a rip-off. Any chance it's temporary? Or you can change the time you take the med - so these trips are during daylight hours? 😖

Was in Vegas for the 4th and I have to say, they know how to put on a fireworks display…don’t know about the professional type on the strip. I’m talking the local bubbas out in the neighborhood! Sounded like an artillery barrage. I finally gave up trying to sleep and just opened the curtains and watched the show. I did get some good pics for the Morning Z though…

It is true. By the time most people get to be our ages, we've figured out what kind of familial relationships we want to have. I'm much closer to my chosen family than my natal one.

Yesterday helped fell a huge maple, and mowed the lawn. The lawn used to be a field, and has a lot of trefoil seed in it, so a lot of trefoil. It looked all yellow yesterday, and the rain the day before didn't slow that down at all! But at least it's green when mowed! :ROFLMAO:

After that we ran for diesel and no ethanol gas. There went $125... Fortunately the truck was already full!
