Ok. I'm sorry, but this pisses me off. (At one point I was a certified mechanic. I still do my own stuff.) On average this is probably an under $50 part, and likely a 10 minute job once the car is in the air. I've done many of these on.my own stuff. I know you can't do it yourself, so you're kinda stuck. I would gladly offer to help if you weren't several thousand miles away.

If you can find the right mom and pop shop, and get to know them, it might be worth looking for one.
 
I think the smaller shops where the overhead is low are what to look for. If the waiting room is kinda grungy, the wife runs the books, and the guy wrenching has salt and pepper going on. Especially if he's got maybe one or two other guys helping that's probably what you want.

As soon as there's bright lights, a spotlessly mopped floor, and two receptionists working the counter, and the guy doing the quote has a nice clean shirt, there is enough overhead that they have to charge extra.

Nothing wrong with them making a buck. I just don't wanna give them ALL of mine.

NJ, I guess is too densely populated, for rifle hunting. So it’s shotgun or muzzleloader. It’s old school… which I appreciate, so you better hit it with your one shot… cuz if not it’s a minute or more… add powder, the the lead, percussion cap.

Another long day of work shitz. I cut out at 4 for an appt w the oral surgeon (heh heh… I said oral)

I thought I was getting the implant screwed into my jaw today but they just took an xray to measure for the surgical screw to be put in.

mrs. wonderer had the meatloaf and mashed potatoes ready for me when I got home. yum!!

Then some NCAA volleyball tournament. My daughter played volleyball all through college so we really like it! She is coaching now.
