We had a very similar week.
Told my Team Lead on Wednesday at our 1:1 that I quit... then she said she quit, too... then we just got on with it.



With a lock - my dad was very clear on that point. You want a lock to ensure no accidents along the way.
No "I thought I closed it" BS

As i single lady i get a lot of help with stuff... wat helped me figure out where stud might be... so i did have some use in the process. I was gonna trz but to be honest i had concerns about whether i would be able to sink the screws into the stud on my own

One of my favorite quotes is "for every problem, there exists at least one person for whom the solution is obvious." I think the key is getting the right folks to look at the right problems. Humanity is a team sport.
