Well, looks like we’re not going to get any of the flurries or ice. I was sort of hoping for at least a snowflake. Good thing in the big scheme of things, but still…

It’s cold and wet…they’re saying 31 officially but no ice…probably just on the bridges. Hunker down today, movie and football later. We’re all stocked up on the essentials so wont go hungry for sure.

There was sneaux. Now it's sleeting and 26/13. The power is still on. Was watching the UFC last night and went to bed partway through. I may tie into finishing it this morning.


I'd like to get all pugilistic over the weather sit-chee-ay-shun.

I see people starting their cars and clearing off the snow. It is going to pour down rain later. That layer of ice is not something you can thaw easily. I hope they don't damage their cars trying to scrape it. The snow shovels look kind of useless at this point. A chisel or some kind of hoe or pick would be better.
Since it started to sleet my steps look like a hill now. Can't see the steps anymore.
