Yea. I am suggesting they board can no longer hide behind Zoom meetings. They must allow in person meetings. I also think the lady from the management company and or the management company should be terminated. Her job is to manage the contracts to get shit done the association is responsible for. Plus this is not the first time she F'd up.to me, theshow part was more the contractual snow removal failure and broken shovels resulting in the manual snow and ice removal by you.
that's one of the reasons I'm in a condo - landscaping and snow/ice removal is contracted. I'm not always physically able enough to do that home owner upkeep on my own.
unless I win a really big lottery jackpot - there's no getting away from laundry, dishes, etc.

Hers is a condo. They do everything like yours except the driveway up to the garage. I knew by the time she asked me her neighbor had already done his and staked the snow like a divider. I had no place to stack snow on that side without dumping it in his driveway. I've chipped her out before.
And she can demand if it makes her feel good. I am sure I do plenty that irritates her.
Big lottery jackpot would be nice, but you have to buy a ticket.
Tomorrow will be better. I know it. The wind will be 6 and they are not predicting gusts. Hence the grill up stairs. I need to play with fire and make something that tastes good between all this inside comfort food. I'm not looking at the scale. Yet. I can still button my 15 year old levis.
I did the dishes. Hmmm laundry. Putting that off.
