to me, the show part was more the contractual snow removal failure and broken shovels resulting in the manual snow and ice removal by you.

that's one of the reasons I'm in a condo - landscaping and snow/ice removal is contracted. I'm not always physically able enough to do that home owner upkeep on my own.

unless I win a really big lottery jackpot - there's no getting away from laundry, dishes, etc.

Yea. I am suggesting they board can no longer hide behind Zoom meetings. They must allow in person meetings. I also think the lady from the management company and or the management company should be terminated. Her job is to manage the contracts to get shit done the association is responsible for. Plus this is not the first time she F'd up.
Hers is a condo. They do everything like yours except the driveway up to the garage. I knew by the time she asked me her neighbor had already done his and staked the snow like a divider. I had no place to stack snow on that side without dumping it in his driveway. I've chipped her out before.
And she can demand if it makes her feel good. I am sure I do plenty that irritates her.

Tomorrow will be better. I know it. The wind will be 6 and they are not predicting gusts. Hence the grill up stairs. I need to play with fire and make something that tastes good between all this inside comfort food. I'm not looking at the scale. Yet. I can still button my 15 year old levis.

shirkers irritate me - accountability!!

I'm lucky - our driveway is one, solid, large drive leading up to all 4 garage doors. There's no "staking" or "dividing line" snow moats. Not enough room for that BS. I also have amazing neighbors and we look out for each other.

A ticket?!? Always a catch, eh?

15 year old Levis? Are those the ones that were still all denim? None of this spandex BS? WTF good are blue jeans with spandex, I ask you? Jeggings are one thing... but actual denim jeans should be denim. How are you supposed to keep track of body changes like weight gain/loss with stretchy pants? (end rant)

Next time I do a load of laundry, I need to babysit. There was a bit of water on the floor by the front corner last time. I'm a skeered it could be leaking again. Handyman "fixed" it... but his fixes aren't always fixes... and he's ghosted me now anyway.

I only bought the one and use it for pepper. I use almost no salt.
Got mine as an accessibility tool when the tendonitis in my hand/wrist flared so bad I was in a cast for 8 weeks summer before last.
I bought a few items, but the pepper mill is my favorite.

Fanwer Key Turner Aid - I saw this one first and was desperate at the time. Does not work with car keys - only holds 2 standard, metal keys... so, limited.

These still won't help with the car fob, but are next on my list to try:

Still haven't found something to help with a car fob for the car. Mine still requires the physical key part to start the ignition. It's non-retractable. All one piece.

Both hands are affected. So when the right is barking loudest, I can manage to get the key in the ignition... but turning it is a real challenge. I've yet to find a product to help. So if any of you have ideas, I'm listening.

I really like the hyundai system. The fob just needs to be in your pocket. Tesla detects your phone. I suspect other manufacturers have that also. But it does require a vehicle change

Subaru is button start. I hate it.

Can't start the car without sitting in it, pressing the brake then hitting the button. Them waiting 5 minutes for everything to boot up.

Of course the brand new Subaru driver's side window won't roll up in this weather. And the dealership is several hours drive each way!
Need to call to see if there's a TSB on it. I know they've had one for the exact same problem with the 2020 models...
