I think the Marvin's I got [Infinity I think was the grade] Are as good or better than Andersen or Pella. And much less cost. Plus the dealer that did them was 150 per window -15 of them. Also a nice break. The doors are what are really expensive. And in this ~30year old house worth the cost. The main front and back were not simple and the guy who did it was a good craftsman. Enjoyed watching. They seal well and don't fall open or closed... I forget the brand but if someone goes outside with a bright light you cannot see it on the inside. I've seen some crappy installs. The difference after insulation upgrades provided far more comfort than the windows. The windows are still better to look at and through. The new door with top and bottom bolt and side latch are just wow. You lift on the handle and can instantly feel you are on the other side.
Air infiltration/drafts are what cause discomfort. Eliminating them increases comfort. It's what you feel that makes you cold.
