4. I think the last decent halftime show was when they did Tom Petty. I think the who played maybe 15 years ago and we’re pretty good.

But mostly, it’s choreographed horseshit that totally goes against the immediacy and urgency of punk rock and metal.

It’s too safe.

We still have a mound of snow in the front yard where the youngest and his niece made a snowman. Out of all the neighbors ours has lasted well over a week for some reason. In fact I don’t recall seeing any snow left? Might be due to it’s on the north side of the house, but it’s out in the yard…I’ll add the glow sticks tonight. 🤣

Big game came and went, and Momma ticked off another year. Had a nice celebration and the DiL massaged the critter with some kind of snake oil that made it delicious! SWMBO’s cake always comes out moist (Beavis?) and it was a fine time had by all.

Supposed to go to dentist today…routine cleaning. Yeah…

Happy Monday. Congrats Lili on yer team winning the big game. One of the best defensive shutdowns I’ve seen in a long time.

I love me some Billy Strings! He’s dropped in to our small amphitheater a couple of times…tix are impossible to get. SWMBO is a master at timing the call in…she couldn’t even get through last time. The kiddies, most who only show up to party and aren’t into the music so much, queued up 48 hrs out at the two places selling them in town.

Yeah, not doing that.

So still haven’t seen him live…yet.
