That looks YUMMY, W!We had half a bottle of red wine left over from ages ago. I marinated some chicken and then used it to make a killer chicken bourgonon (or however, you spell it).
Added some chopped carrots, celery, broccoli, onion, and added a little bit of flour to the sauce to thicken it. Served over quinoa (Ryder).
It was super good!
