The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

We had one that just showed up. Someone discarded her on the road in the summer. Once fall hit she got really friendly. I'm allergic, but said "OK" (How long would a stray live anyway??? Had her for 19 more years!).

The minute we let her in the house, she climbed on the bed and purred for 24 hours straight.
Love that!!

I had a bad nite of sleep.

But Mrs wonderer woke me up at 8 and we watched it delaid.

I figured I would go and get a few things from the mill between 2/3 period and check to see how much wood was still there. Cleaned out - again. I think we’re one of the few games in town who still has good seasoned Firewood.

So I couldn’t NOT fill up the farmstand. We were about 45 minutes behind the game and just saw it. I missed the first half of the third period, but saw the rest.

So exciting.

Spectacular game!

I tried... she's a little apprehensive of the house still.

Spend as much time with her as you can, and she'll deduce that it begins and ends with going into the house. She'll figure it out. Panther walked in when I help the door for him.

We've been patiently waiting for one!

And Allah provides. It's the Galactic Cat Distribution System at work, as it has been since Creation.

My oldest cat was Geezer at 18 years and 5 months. I envy those whose cats lives into their 20s.

The vet figured she was about 3 when we got her. So, she lived to a ripe old age.

She didn't like the last move to this house. She was too old, and just didn't adjust well. Poor thing was all discombobulated. She spent the first week in her litter box. She did get it all figured out and found the sunbeam next to a big south facing glass door. Lots of hours sleeping in the dog bed in the sunbeams from there on.
