I could get used to not going to work.

But tomrrow it’s back to the grind.

Was going to be back to the grind for me tomorrow... but someone asked for driver service for in-patient surgery before I cancelled my vacation day.
Will be an early day of Up and Driving Miss Daisy followed by Waiting until there's news of how things went.
Hip replacement - nothing scary
So my attendance may be spotty still

I know! I have no veggies and didn’t go shopping. I literally ate lettuce for dinner. With a few carrots and some cheese. I don’t feel like I’ve had any roughage for forever.

I took the day off. I had it planned.

Our cat, beasty (aka chappie) was so happy to see us. He slept on the bed all night, which he never does. He hung out all day.

Filled up the wood stand first.

Then brought my car to the shop for a few things.

Then I took a nap. Man it was amazing.

Mrs wonderer and I cleaned the basement a bit and finished assembling a light stand for her plants.

Then I planted a buncha trays of marigolds, one tray of echinacea and one tray of coreopsis.

I could get used to not going to work.

But tomrrow it’s back to the grind.

I worked 12 hrs today...yawn

Had a wonderful weekend but back at it today. I took my baby girl to the vet for some routine check-up and vaccines.

Then, picked up my friend for a Costco run. Her hubs is NOT going to allow us to go shopping together!

The Covid and flu tests were negative. I have a damn head cold and sinuses hurt. The body aches happen from the sinuses as one doctor once told me. I found it weird. Maybe the nurses can clarify.

So, Good Morning denizens of the diner.

The body aches are part of the general immune response. When your body is fighting off anything it deems foreign or invasive, it releases a whole host of chemical mediators to join in the fight. It's why you also are fatigued and have brain fog.
