I've considered getting a Kindle. Tried reading on an Ipad a few weeks ago and didn't like that. Newcastle's safe too - ours hasn't long reopened after major refurb.

Problem is you can only get them off Amazon and I'd like to try it out first. As I said, tried the ipad and hated that.

I`ll read anything and I do mean anything, at the moment i`m reading teenager books and a lot of sci-fi and horror, but i love the classics, mills and boons, thrillers, auto biographies......basically you name it i`ll read it

Stateside ATT stores and Best Buy sell them too, so you can go touch and feel etc.. You might want to email Amazon and see if there's a UK vendor

Heh, I've had my phone since Jan and still can't work the music player or the camera. Wouldn't say I'm bad at technology tho.
