I am good, apart from a nagging calf problem that's getting worse - I'm doing a 10k run in 3 months so I'm getting a bit worried. Got an appointment at the physio on Monday. I hope I just get some stretches to do that will sort out the problem...

I hope it's just dodgy trainers or something that simple. I'll be really frustrated if they tell me I have to rest for 12 weeks or something.

No I wasn`t cleaning up after playing unfortunately, I was scrubbing the bathroom floor on my hands and knees after the cat was sick in there. I only chatted with my visitor last night, but it was a good night.

Yes but I never intended to have a cat, she was a stray that adopted me and just moved in...that was 2 yrs ago now. I`m a big softie in that way

Yeah, the only pet I have that I actually bought was my snake...but I always seem to adopt the waifs and strays
