No, you're just too stupid to understand the point.
In the first two frames the viewers cheat and uncomfortably peer over a fence at a game they should pay to see.
In the last frame the paid for their tickets and they're enjoying the game from comfortable seats.

There is no cheating. The first two frames show people who cannot afford tickets.
The third frame shows where everyone can afford to have tickets and no one is left out because of lack finances.
So maybe if we'll get those capitalists to pay a living wage, especially for black and brown people, then maybe . . .
It's always that way. If a poor person is down on his luck and struggles to buy groceries, or can't get paid a decent wage, then the capitalists just say, "suck it up, you don't deserve charity," but when a big bank is declared "too big to fail" the rich shareholders are bailed out by a generous government.
Socialism for the rich, law of the jungle for the poor.

Of course, if the shareholders of a failed enterprise (you know, the people who are supposed to take the business risk as well as reap the gains of stock ownership) are bailed out, that is socialism for the rich.
And the poor, well, they get capitalism!
Tell that to the Enron and Worldcom's of the world and Five U.S. banks were shut down by regulators during the 2023 banking crisis. The three largest and most prominent were Silicon Valley Bank, Signature Bank, and First Republic Bank

Ohio state officials awarded $242 million in signing bonuses to oil and gas companies headquartered in Texas and Oklahoma – Grenadier Energy, Gulfport Energy, Ascent Resources – to extract natural gas from below fifteen thousand acres of publicly owned wildlife preserves. The companies will also owe Ohio between 18 and 19% of their production.
The fracking royalty revenue flows into the Ohio general fund. The Ohio general fund funds Medicaid. Medicaid funds Prestige Healthcare of Louisville, KY. Prestige Healthcare understaffs its facilities and tunnels the savings to related entities. The same Haitian workers now threatened with deportation are, in many facilities, the very nursing assistants whose presence is the only thing standing between the current staffing level and outright abandonment of residents.
The understaffing machine and the deportation machine don’t run in parallel by coincidence. They run in parallel because both serve the same function: maximum extraction of value from human beings at the minimum cost of their reproduction.
In Capital, Marx identified what he called the ‘reserve army of labor’ – a vast pool of unemployed and semi-employed workers whose existence disciplines the employed, suppresses wages, and gives capital the leverage to dictate terms.

When a new system is implemented in a country that calls itself socialist, all the leftists celebrate it. Then, after several years, when the economy is ruined and the regime starts to suppress opposition, it is explained that the regime was never really socialist. So socialism never fails.
