I’ve tried it and it’s not as abhorrent as I thought it would be but it’s also not my first choice…. I feel like unless you need to eat it due to allergies or dietary restrictions … stick to good ol gluten crust… mmmmm pizza

Indeed. I have a member of the household who is gluten sensitive and we end up eating GF pizza crust. Generally not my favorite, but if you happen to be in Berkeley, CA, search out Lucia's and their sourdough fermented GF pizza crust is Amazing. They were good enough let us know what GF flour they use. Still haven't been able to replicate their crust, but the quest continues. What could be worse than working on pizza recipes? (Darn near anything!)
