An almost "ethical" non-monogamy story, bound to drive the LW trolls nuts.

Wife discovered as a little girl that when she told a lie, her nose did not grow like Pinocchio. Instead, she woke up the next day more attractive.
Hubby discovers this but marries her anyway. But then they learn that as she ages, the lies must be bigger and bigger to sustain her looks. So that leads to infidelity. She must lie about it to Hubby, but she knows that he not only knows, he approves of her activities, and the lies.

But is it really a lie if he knows that she's lying?

It could work. It engages a reader to find out the lies and what truly happened. Even if it's obvious stuff, you'll get more reader engagement.

Driving in the car. "Do we need to turn left?"

"No. Right."

Guy turns left and looks at the overcast sky. "There must be rain in those."

"What do you mean? It's a beautiful day. Blue skies from horizon to horizon."

Tonight she would look amazing. "Huh. Why is that man waving at us?"

"I don't know him, and would never let him and two others team up to bang me absolutely silly in that alleyway over there to the point that it looked like a localised snowstorm of cum descended on me, glazing me like the tightest doughnut known to burly men."
