The Beginning..... Cruising

Michael stood up and turned around. He looked over his shoulder at Teagan. "Go ahead. Grab it. Turn about is fair play. My grabbed some ass...you can too," he said with a laugh. "I could have blamed it on sea legs, but why lie. I missed my spot. It is pretty simple."

Without sitting back down, Michael picked up his glass, and toasted with Teagan, "to sea legs." They clinked glasses and then he downed his drink. As he started to sit down, Teagan asked if he wanted to dance, so, he stopped and extended his hand to her. "I would love to dance with you." He followed her out to the dance floor.

It was nowhere near as crowded here as it was out at the pool deck where they were dancing before. Michael still danced close to Teagan. It didn't matter that there was plenty of room, Michael wanted to get to know her better, so, while they danced, they continued their conversation. Each of them trying to get a little more information about the other. Michael asked her questions about teaching, about her social life and about whether there was a significant other. Not that it would have stopped him from wanting to know more about her, but he just wanted to have a clear picture. After all, they lived far apart, and probably would not see each other after the cruise was over.

Teagan looked up at Michael wickedly as she patted both of his buttocks, "There even!" she laughed.

Standing she took his hand and he lead the way to the dance floor. Teagan liked the closeness the slower paced music gave them as they danced. She talked about her life with ease to Michael. How teaching wasn't her first choice as a career. The proudness she got when the kids achieved mile markers. She even explained that she had been engaged once but it just didn't work out. Her life seemed to be an open book that was easy to share with him.

As the band played on Michael held Teagan close to him. She enjoyed how it felt to have his hands touching her, and wondered how his lips would feel kissing her.

"Look, it must be close to sunset." Teagan said catching the view out the ship window.

Michael was amazed at what Teagan was willing to share with him. He didn't need to ask her questions, she just lured everything out to him. Michael was much different than that. He was an open book, but people had to pry the information of him. He would always answer questions openly and honestly, but he would never give anything more than the answer to the question that was asked of him.

He was really enjoying dancing with Teagan. They moved very well together, and he was thinking about how lucky he was to have met her on deck that afternoon, especially considering the size of the ship and the many different places each of them could have been. It was actually possible that they could have been on the ship an entire week and never have seen each other, but he was fortunate that she came to the bar where he was sitting.

Michael looked out the window and saw the setting sun. "Would you rather go outside and watch the sunset?" He was open to anything, and the fact that Teagan mentioned the sunset made him believe that she wanted to go outside to see it. He wasn't certain which deck they had to go to though in order to be outside, but he was pretty sure Teagan knew which one to go to if she wanted to go outside.

"That would be wonderful. It would be a shame to miss the first sunset of the cruise. And I can't think of a better person to share it with." Teagan said smiling as the music stopped.

Maybe it was the teacher in her or the thought of being by her self somewhere on the ship that she didn't know that made Teagan do research on the ship's lay out before the cruise. She told Michael of the several spots on the ship where sunsets could be a best viewed depending on the direction the ship was going. Deck 3 was covered but went the whole length of the ship. Deck 10 had a great view off the stern of the ship. Deck 11, the deck dedicated to a jogging track, had the most panoramic view. Deck 6 and 9 had the bow views, very private but useless seeing the sunset was behind them this evening.

Walking back to their table, Teagan picked up her beach bag. Turning to Michael, "Where shall we go?" She questioned, leaving the choice up to him.

Michael listened as Teagan rattled off the places to view the sunset. His instincts had been correct. Teagan knew all of the decks for viewing the sunset. He wasn't sure he was able to keep up as she went on about the places to view it. Finally, he said, "let's go to the deck with the most panoramic view. I think that would be the best place to view it. I think you said that it was the one with he r jogging track."

Michael followed Teagan as they headed toward the elevator. She certainly was enjoyable to be with, and she was most definitely easy on the eyes. He wondered how much time they would spend together on this cruise, or if this was the only time they would be together. After all, there were a ton of men who were constantly eyeing Teagan up.

When they got on the elevator, Michael waited for Teagan to remind him which floor it was they were going to. After she told him, Michael pushed the button for deck 11. As they exited the elevator, he placed his hand on the small of her back and guided her off the elevator. He followed close behind her as they walked out the the rail and looked out over the Gulf.

As they walked out of the elevator, the sky was an array of reds, oranges, and pinks. It was the right mix of sky and clouds. A perfect sunset with the sun patently waiting for the ship's guest to gather as it played among the clouds.

Teagan leaned on the rail, overlooking the bow of the ship. Michael stood close next to her, his hand still on the small of her back. As the ship gently swayed she felt herself leaning more into him than the rail.

Teagan sighed letting go of the rail, her body snuggling in under Michael's arm. "Isn't it just gorgeous!" she said as the sun seemed to test the waters before gliding into it.

Michael wasn't big on the admiration of nature, but he had to admit that the sunset was pretty damned impressive. He stood there silently next to Teagan and watched the sun disappear into the water. It really was an amazing sight. "Yes, I have to admit that might have been worth the price of the cruise right there."

Michael also had to admit that he was enjoying Teagan leaning against him. The rocking of the ship made it so that sometimes her body was pressed firmly into his side. He was not going to complain about that. He certainly was enjoying his first day on his first cruise. If the cruise got any better than this, it would be truly amazing.

"So, what is next? Is it possible to top what has already been an outstanding day? What about dinner. You mentioned something earlier about signing up for seating. Was I supposed to do that? I am still new to all of this, and it probably would have helped if I had read something about what I am supposed to do."

Teagan took a step away from Michael, "Mind if I see your ship card?" she asked holding out her hand,

Michael gave her a surprising look but pulled his card out, "See, it has your dinning room and time on it. " she explained pointing to the card.

"What luck! Same as mine. Dinning: Paris, Deck 4, Open." Teagan said as her finger ran under the words on Michael's card.

"Dinner would be lovely. But I'm a little underdressed for the dinning room." she laughed modeling her swimsuit.

Michael joined in her laughter as she playfully haphazardly modeled for him. Between their laughs, he suggested walking her to her room and picking her up for dinner in 30 minutes. Teagan agreeing, they took off walking towards the elevator. Once in the elevator, Michael asked for the deck her stateroom was on and pushed the 7 button. Quickly the elevator doors opened and they walked to Teagan's room.

After opening her door, Teagan turned to Michael, "See you in 30." she said smiling.

Michael replied, "Thirty." as Teagan entered her cabin, closing the door behind her.

As Teagan passed the small bathroom just inside the room, she could hear Kennedy singing, "That you, Tea?" Kennedy yelled out.

"Yeah, it's me. Isn't this room great!" Teagan yelled back.

Teagan took in the sight of the larger stateroom. The curtains already open framed the small balcony. There on one of the beds sat her luggage. And the other a tangled mess of Kennedy's belongings.

"I see you've made yourself at home!" Teagan yelled in a laugh, "You gonna be much longer, Ken? I've got a dinner date and he'll be here in 30 minutes."

"Wait! What!!! You've got a date? Who!" Kennedy yelled with excitement as she ran out the bathroom.

"Hello! Michael, the guy I introduced you to earlier today!" Teagan said as she plundered in her suitcase. "What the hell, all these clothes and nothing to wear!"

"Hey! I know, wear that little sexy tangerine colored dress you packed. It fits you like a glove!" Kennedy said as she plopped down on her bed.

Teagan stood there looking over her neatly folded clothing that now lay on her bed. Kennedy was right as usual, that dress did look great on her, but she couldn't help think it was a bit much for a casual dinner date. Screw it she thought, it's a vacation, nothing is to much!

"Run go take a shower and I'll get your things out for you. Hurry, 30 minutes, remember!" Kennedy barked out her orders.

Teagan took a short shower knowing she was pressed for time. Kennedy had everything laid out, the formfitting sweetheart cut topped tangerine dress, matching nude colored bra and panty, jewelry, makeup, and the flat iron turned on for her. As Teagan did her makeup, Kennedy worked on Teagan's hair.

Teagan stood in front of the vanity looking into the large mirror, no sign of a teacher tonight she thought to herself.

"Dang, Teagan! Sexxxxxyyyy!!!" Kennedy stretched out in a cat call voice.

"Oh my God! Shoes!!! I forgot to pack the shoes for this dress!" Teagan said half panicked knowing she had only a few minutes left before Michael would be there.

"I got this, girl!" Kennedy said digging through her pile of shoes. "Here, these will look perfect!"

Teagan was slipping on the gold strapy stilettos when a knock on the door was heard.

Opening the door, "Evening." Teagan said with a smile.

Michael admired Teagan as she modeled her bathing suit for him. He couldn't help but admire just how good she looked. His eyes moved slowly over her body.... Taking her all in. "Well, I am not quite sure of the dress requirements on a cruise, but I am pretty certain that what you have on right now would be considered underdressed for dinner..... Not that I am complaining.

Mi badly followed her to the elevator and his eyes focused on her hot ass. It was certainly something to behold. They rode the elevator to the deck for her cabin and he took note of her cabin number. After saying goodbye, he headed off for his cabin. It took him a few minutes to get situated, but eventually he found his way. He walked into the cabin and saw his suitcase on the bed with some kind of animal formed out of towels.

Michael looked at his suitcase and wondered what he should wear to dinner. As he looked around the tiny inside cabin he thought that he should have asked Teagan a little more about the proper way to dress for dinner. He had just thrown a few things in his suitcase before he left, so, his choices were limited. Michael undressed and went into the tiny excuse of a shower. After getting out and drying off, he looked through his suitcase again.

Michael chose a blue pair of pants, a white dress shirt, and the only pair of dress shoes he had with him..... a black pair. He dressed, looks in the mirror, fixed his hair and headed out to pick up Teagan. When she opened the door, he was speechless. Then he let out a little, "wow." She looked incredible..... even more incredible than the swimsuit. "Damn Teagan, I am really going to have to fight the guys off tonight." He said hello to Kennedy and then offered Teagan his arm. "Tonight is going to be awesome. "

"Thank you, Michael." Teagan softly said, knowing she couldn't hide her blushing cheeks, "I could say the same about me having to push the ladies away from you."

Michael looked so handsome in his starched white button up dress shirt. She couldn't help but study him from head to toe. She just hoped her desire for him wasn't drooling out her mouth as she took his arm.

"You sure you won't join us, Ken?" Teagan asked as she grabbed the knob of the cabin door.

"Tea! I told you we'll meet up later, I'm going to meet up with the guys for dinner. Y'all go have fun!" Kennedy said with a wink.

Shutting the door, they made their way to the elevator and down to the Paris dinning room. Teagan thought how lucky she was to be on his arm as they waited for the hostess.

"Good evening, may I see your ship card." the hostess asked.

Teagan and Michael handed the hostess their cards. Scanning them, she asked if they would like to be seated at one of the larger tables that had two open seats or a table for two. She explained there would be a little wait for the small table or they could be seated immediately at the larger one.

Teagan smiled up at Michael, her expression surely told which she preferred but her southern upbringing would leave the choice up to him.

"Excuse me, Mr. Farley, a group table or private?" the hostess repeated her question.

Yep, he was feeling pretty good about the first day on his cruise. Here he was heading to dinner with a hot woman, who was dressed in such a sexy outfit. He had no idea how the rest of the cruise would go, but at this point, day one was well worth the money that he spent for the cruise.

He smiled down at Teagan. He could tell that she was thinking the same thing he was. There was no reason to sit with other people for dinner this evening. He heard the hostess repeat her question. "We will wait for a private table." They moved over and sat down in two chairs that were just outside the entrance to the dining room. Spending a little extra time with Teagan was not a problem for Michael.

As they sat there, Michael placed his hand on Teagan's. "Tell me something Teagan. How did I get so lucky to spend the first day of the cruise with the hottest woman on the ship?" He smiled at her, but he was thinking that sounded pretty corny. It almost sounded like a pick-up line, which he didn't need, because she was already with him. While they sat there, his eyes ran over her body. He had to make a conscious effort to focus his eyes on hers, which were also captivating.

Teagan looked around the dining room at all the beautiful women sitting at the tables, she in no way thought of herself as the hottest one in the room and was sure she was blushing again.

"Thank you." She said in a soft voice, keeping her face from Michael's view.

After giving her self a few moments to gain her composer, Teagan turned to face Michael, "It was my magic eight ball. It said for me to seek out the man sitting on the fourth barstool from the middle of the bar at the Blue Iguana Tequila Bar on the first day of the cruise." she laughed, leaning into him, giving him a nudge with her shoulder.

"Your table is ready. This way, please." the hostess said motioning the way.

Michael politely pulled out Teagan's chair while their waiter filled the water glasses. She thanked him as he took his seat. The table was perfect, right next to a window near the back of the dinning room.

When their waiter asked what they'd like, Michael spoke up at once knowing what Teagan wanted and ordered for her then himself. Their small talk continued over each course. It was a perfect evening so far, Teagan thought as she finished her fruit and cheese plate she ordered for dessert.

"What a good meal." Teagan said holding her glass of wine in both hands.

"And best of all was the company." she said, smiling across the table at Michael.

Michael enjoyed dinner with Teagan. He enjoyed the conversation they had. He wasn't sure about the food. It wasn't that the food wasn't good; he just didn't notice whether it was any good or not. His focus through the meal had been on Teagan. He was amazed at the conversation they were having. It wasn't like it was a conversation about splitting the atom or anything like that, but it was nice to have a discussion that involved some intelligence.

After they finished dinner and were walking out of the dining room, Michael thanked Teagan for her company at dinner. "It was the greatest meal I have experienced in a long time, and it had nothing to do with the food." They walked toward the elevator; Michael's hand was once again on the small of teagan's back.

"Well, in addition to great company for me today, you have also been my cruise director. Is there anything else on the agenda this evening, or are you calling it an evening. I know that I have monopolized your time today, and I have to tell you that I am happy to have spent so much time with you. If you are calling it a night, or just want to go meet Kennedy, I understand, but if you are doing neither of them, I would like to find a place to spend more time with you."

Teagan had no real account at the time. Time seemed to fly by and stand still at the same time with Michael. She only knew she wasn't ready for their night to end. She like Michael was having a wonderful time.

Her mind raced as she listened to Michael. The pre-planner in her wanted to grab the ship's evening itinerary out of her small clutch purse, and ramble of its contents. But the women being charmed by him wanted to let the evening unfold its enchanting romantic tale.

"Why don't we just see where the evening lands us." Teagan said gazing up at Michael as they waited for the elevator.

Michael looked down at Teagan as he awaited her response. She seemed to him to be the type of woman that was aware of everything that was going on. He didn't mind that, but then was surprised when she looked at him and said they should just see what happens. He smiled at her and leaned down and kissed her on the lips. When the elevator door opened, Michael broke the kiss and said, "after you."

They got on the elevator and Michael pushed a random number. They were alone in the elevator and Michael said, "let's see where this takes us." The elevator doors closed as Michael laughed a little. He moved a little closer to Teagan as the elevator began to move.

When the elevator door opened, Michael allowed Teagan to exit first. He placed his hand on her ass as she went out, this time on purpose. The. He moved his hand to the small of her back. "I wonder what we can find to do on this level." The elevator doors closed behind them and Michael followed Teagan down the hall.

Teagan's lips pressed wantonly into Michael's. Her eyes closing as their kiss grew more intense. She was in a state of trance and utter surprise by his kiss, and she was enjoying it.

When her mind finally wrapped around what he said as he broke free from their kiss, she sighed a single word, "Yes."

The elevator ride was over before it got started. Teagan was barely able to reply, "Let's see."

As they walked down the hall, Teagan had no idea what floor they were on. Perhaps it was due to Michael's hand placement or had they simply walked pass the brass plate mounted on the wall stating the deck number without seeing it. It really didn't matter, she was just happy to be with him on this ship.

Stopping at the stairwell, "I think we are on Deck 6, but not sure. All that's on this deck are staterooms and perhaps an exit to the bow of the ship."

Michael followed Teagan along the hallway. He had no idea where they were. He figured that they were walking past people's cabins, but that was just an assumption. He had done no homework for the cruise. Frankly, he wanted a vacation where he didn't have to think about anything, so, he had no idea about anything on the ship.

"I have to be honest with you Teagan, I don't know the bow of the ship from anything else. In fact, I don't know what the bow of the ship is at all. I am at your mercy right now when it comes to where we are and where we are going because I have no clue. About the only thing I do know is that your cabin is on 7 and mine is on 10."

He laughed to himself a little at how incompetent he felt. He had no idea where they were. Yes, it would be easy to just walk up the stairs, but Michael had no idea whether the stairs went all the way up or if they just went up one or two decks. "If you want to walk outside, I would support that decision. I am assuming you meant that the door to the bow was a door to the outside."

Teagan giggled when Michael explained he didn't have a clue as to where they were either.

"It seems we're lost at sea!" she said with a most serious voice trying not to giggle as she thought of the little mnemonic she had made up to remember which was which.

"Well, did you know, Howard Stern looks more like an ass when he bows his head to pray?" Teagan said trying her best to keep her composure and not to burst out laughing as she looked up at Michael.

Smiling up at him she could see the expression change on his face to a what the fuck look. She could not hold back any longer and burst out laughing.

Teagan's ribs hurt as she exhaled, "I'm...... I'm so....... sorry, I couldn't help my self!" she managed to get out between laughs.

As her laughs began to die down, she was able to explain her little quote about Howard Stern. How bow head equaled the bow, front, of boat and how ass equaled stern, back, of the boat.

Teagan took a step towards Michael, wrapping her arms around his neck, "Pretty smart, aren't I?" she whispered, then kissed him.

Michael listened to Teagan, and was wondering if she was out of her mind. He could see her looking at him and then bust out laughing. He smiled at her, not sure if she was making fun of him or if she was just teasing him. When she leaned in and kissed him, his thoughts of that we're forgotten.

Michael accepted her kiss, and placed his hands on her hips as he pinned her to the wall. The kiss got deeper and deeper, and he was enjoying the feel of her soft lips on his. Michael slid his tongue teasingly along Teagan's lips as he slid his hands up her sides.

After what seemed like several minutes, he broke the kiss. Michael moved his hands back to Teagan's hips as he looked down into her eyes. "I am not sure these people would want to come out of their cabins and see us here, especially if they have kids with them." He leaned down and kissed her nose. "I am not big on public displays of affection, but I could not help myself."

Teagan feel her body rush with heated desire as Michael pressed her against the wall kissing her deeper. As his hands slid over her, her arms tightened around his neck. And when his tongue teasingly traced the form of her lips, she hungered for more.

Breaking the kiss, Michael's voice firm almost to the brink of disciplinary aroused Teagan more than he could have known. Or did he?

Teagan had always been drawn to men who were authoritarian. Even with her nature being strong willed and in control, when it came to that part of her life, she gladly handed them the reins. Michael's voice along with that kiss on her nose made it easy for her defenses to start fading away.

"Perhaps we should go to the club and see what mischief Ken's up to." Teagan said, half wishing she hadn't said it. But knowing it would be best.

Teagan moved slightly away from the wall, "Shall we?"

Michael looked down at Teagan and could see her mind working. He could tell that she was caught between going somewhere to continue what they had been doing, and doing the ladylike thing. He smiled at her when she mentioned going to the club to see what her friend was up to.

He was surprised at how far things had gone with Teagan today, but he had to admit that he was a little disappointed that she recommended the club. It was okay though, he would manage to get close to her there. He was certain that dancing at the club would bring their bodies into very close proximity.

"Lead the way Teagan. Let's find out what Kennedy is up to. I am sure she is the life of the party, so, we can see what kind of trouble she is stirring g up." Michael stepped back a little to allow Teagan away from the wall. He the. Followed her back to the elevator. His eyes moved over her body; imagining all of the things he could do to it and with it.

"Deck 5." Teagan said to Michael when his hand went to the buttons.

Exiting, they walked through the now crowded casino. Michael clearing the way with Teagan held close to him by her hand in his. His grip tightened on her as they passed through a group of beer drinking 20 something guys, as if to show she was taken.

Teagan smiled to herself feeling his grip change. It was nice to have a man on her arm. She was enjoying his machismo as they weaved their way to The Hollywood Club.

Teagan's eyes took a few minutes to adjust after entering the club as Michael led them to a small table on the back wall. He offered her a seat on the long sofa-like bench that lined the wall and sat next to her.

"May I get you a drink?" asked a sexy dressed waitress as she leaned down close to Michael's ear.

Teagan leaned in close to Michael. Placing her hand on his knee asking for a Sapphire and tonic with two limes as she searched for Kennedy.

Michael held Teagan's hand as they moved through the crowded casino and into the club. He saw an empty place at the back of the club and he led her toward it. After sitting down next to her and ordering their drinks, Michael looked around to see what was going on in the club and determine if it was worth staying here.

Teagan's hand on his knee did not go unnoticed. She certainly was a flirt...not that he was complaining about it. He absolutely enjoyed her company, and he really enjoyed how good she looked and how her lips felt on his. Overall, Michael had to say that the first day of the cruise was a very good day.

"So, is your friend here. I would bet that if you found the large group of guys, you would find Keenedy there." He smiled at Teagan, and when the cocktail waitress brought their drinks, he handed her his card. After picking up his margarita, he looked at Teagan. "Here is to a great first day on our cruise. If the rest of the cruise is half as good as today, this will be an awesome trip." He took a big drink from his glass, then leaned over and whispered to Teagan, "let's dance." He didn't wait for an answer. Michael grabbed Teagan's hand and led her to the dance floor.

Teagan lifted her glass up to Michael and nodded her head. As she took a sip, Michael whispered in her ear to go dance. Before she hardly set her glass down, much less answer, he was leading her to the dance floor.

Making their way through the crowd, Teagan searched for Kennedy. Reaching the stairs to the sunken dance floor, Teagan saw her. There Kennedy was in the middle, dancing with what seemed to be most of the guys from the pool earlier in the day.

Michael held on to Teagan's hand as he led her down the stairs and onto the floor. They joined in amongst the moving mass of bodies as the DJ rocked out a loud remix of popular dance music.

Quickly they picked up the beat, dancing in the small spot they had claimed as their own. Michael's smile intrigued Teagan immensely as she smiled up at him. It was a combination sureness and wickedness, like he had a little secret he wasn't ready to share with her just yet.

Teagan raised her arms above her head, swaying them as she danced. Her body festively moving in response to Michael's. She couldn't remember when she had had this much fun with a man as the music played nonstop.

"Hey, girl!!! Bout fucking time!!!" Teagan heard yelled in her ear as Kennedy wrapped her arms around her from behind.

Kissing Teagan on the cheek, Kennedy squeezed between Michael and Teagan joining them in their dance. Facing Teagan her look asked a million questions. Teagan just smiled back at her, continuing to dance.

Kennedy laughed and moved even closer to Teagan, "Put that stupid fish they made out of a towel outside the door if you want the room to yourself tonight!"

Laughing, Teagan shook a finger at Kennedy, as if to tell her to behave.

Kennedy blowing off the gesture placed both hands on the sides of Teagan's face, leaned in and kissed Teagan as passionately as any man could have, their bodies moving as one to the beat. Breaking the kiss, Kennedy winked at Teagan. Turning to Michael, she gave a little wave goodbye before she walked away.

Teagan's full attention returned to Michael just as fast as it had been taken away. Gazing into his eyes, she couldn't help but wonder what he was thinking.

Michael almost laughed when Kennedy joined them on the dance floor. It was actually funny to watch the guys follow her over toward them, and then stop when she started talking with Teagan. Their reaction to Kennedy and Teagan kissed was hilarious. They wer oohing and ahhing and pointing at the two women. It was certainly one hell of a show.

Michael smiled at Kennedy as she waved and walked away. He then returned his attention to Teagan as the sideshow moved away from them. He began to move with Teagan again as he stepped closer to her and leaned in. "She certainly is a trip, and the guys following her around are fun to watch."

While they moved together, Michael placed his hand on Teagan's hip as the danced...their bodies moving in unison to the beat of the loud music. He looked deeply into her eyes. The look sent a very clear message....one he was certain that Teagan would be able to understand.
