I have tried to stop drinking soda after I strated to get a bit of a gut. I don't eat alot and the only reason I could figure that I was getting a gut (other then being a lazy sob and not playing tennis as much) was from drinking so much soda. For years I would drink Mountain dew instead of water.
Never liked coke or pepsie much. Seem to thick to me and dosn't quench my thirst. I used to buy MD or liption lemon ice tea all the time. Now i'm being alot more healthy. I buy a large container of Sunny delight and mix half of it with water. Tastes great is cheap pluss it's good for me!!!

We have a drink here in NC that is something like MD. It's called Sundrop. Same citrus flavor, but not as sweet and with a little more "bite" to it. It's supposed to have more caffeine than MD.

I'm addicted. I think they should set up an IV to inject the stuff in my veins. Some people have coffee first thing every morning...Me, I have a Sundrop to wash down my vitamins. (I know..it cancels it out)

What can I say? We all have our own addictions...this is mine. One of these days I can see me selling my body on the streetcorner to raise money to buy Sundrop. Woe is me...poor poor pitiful me.
