I confess I have a three year old that at times drives me batty........
Trying to get maddie to clean up her toys...told her if she didn't I was going to put them in a box and give them away to some other kids.
So I got out the box put it in the lounge room and said right if you don't put your toys away i am going to put them in this box and give them away and you wont have them any more.
To which she starts picking up toys and putting them in the box saying "ok we give these away I have more toys in my room I will keep them" *rolls eyes*

I confess this made me laugh, I don't have any kids but I have surrogate nieces and nephews that love climbing on me, swinging off me and saying the silliest things to me. But that's a new one!
Although one of them did have an argument with their little neighbour friend as to which one of their barbies was going to be me. It was hilarious and flattering but I hate barbie! lol!

I confess my daughter just left me feeling "well that FAILED mum"......now trying NO TV till the toys are picked up.
I even tried explaining if I give these away you will not have them any more they will be gone to another house and you will not see them......."Thats okay I have toys in my room lets give these away" she says as she puts more toys in the box. Even stopped to hug one and tell it she will miss it..........god help me when she is a teenager.
