Tonight we'll be staying in. I'm going to make chicken fettuccini alfredo for dinner.
I also have to prep egg bake for tomorrow morning - my oldest daughter leaves for a trip on Sunday morning, so we're doing our egg hunt and traditional Easter morning tomorrow instead.
My favorite Friday night would probably be a cocktail by myself on the porch before everyone gets home, a nice family dinner followed by a little neighborhood late night happy hour (when everyone leaves without me having to turn the lights off on them)

Dinner with mom tonight out - no cooking on Fridays for me. Then I got new craft stuff from Hobby Lobby (paper/stationery goodies) and I’ll find a movie or show get the glue, scissors, washi tape, and stickers for some journal time. Or I’ll write some letters to my pen pals. Not sure which way the stationery is calling to me.

It's 9:40pm here so Friday is on it's way to end.
Usually Fridays are very slow. The week is over and batteries need to recharge. Good food and some wine with mrs.
At the moment it's the last wine, some blues music and lit chat.

Tonight is salsa night so hubby is going to get off a little early so I can let him take me out to eat, head to the venue, and enjoy a couple of drinks to loosen up. Then dance! Can't stay too late because he works tomorrow but I love dancing with him - I dance with just about anyone, but I love to dance with him.
Usually, now that the kids are out, it's sitting either outside when the weather is nice or by the fireplace if its cold and enjoy a nice drink, cuddle time, and - call me sappy, I love to listen to the sound of his voice while tells me about his day, his week, dreams, etc.

Its bench press at the gym for me... Its dead in there on friday nights and I will likely have the place to myself, then its home to clean the dog kennels and let them run for awhile.. Probably in bed before the sun goes down but I will be up at 4am to get my Saturday going

We always go have dinner at the restaurant where my son hosts (40% discount AND they know my drink order and pour it right away so hell yea) .... I'll have a couple of buffalo trace there. Then home where I'll maybe have another one and surf around on here when everyone goes to bed because I basically don't sleep

So these dogs I have require a lot of physical and mental stimulation. On Saturdays I normally drive to place thats about almost an hour from my home to let them burn off energy and do basic hunting drills with them.
After that I have a friend coming over with a skid steer to help me tear out some old concrete and set forms for new stuff... By 2pm I will probably need a nap

It's an amazing workout and if you really click with your partner - super sexy!
You just have to explore and experiment - cut those strings and enjoy each other!Our kids are just left too and we are talking about how to get our life back again.
