Okay - I'm late to the party here and I know @naughty_stories said hand kneading and although I'd LOVE to hand knead...

I actually do my kneading in my mixer... I'm always doing about 12 things at once and it's nice to just let it go and do something else for 5-7 minutes

I bake something that requires kneading at least twice a week and I have NEVER had a problem
