Aren’t all parents “ancient”? I get told by two teenagers that I am “ancient” dang near daily … they really like to point out my youth was in the 1900’s

We definitely grew up poor and they didn't pay for any of our weddings. Hubby and I got married at the courthouse but didn't actually have a ceremony until we celebrated our 20th!

Tomorrow is my last day to eat as I’m headed to the hospital on Thursday for “a procedure”.

A man I worked with had 15 brothers and sisters!
15!
His name was Rio.
I asked him more about it and he said they had two fridges, two washer and dryers. I have no idea how many bedrooms or what the parents may have done for work (like sell drugs?! 15/16 kids!).
I just know those appliances must have been going non-stop all day.
