Aren’t all parents “ancient”? I get told by two teenagers that I am “ancient” dang near daily … they really like to point out my youth was in the 1900’s

Pretty much! I FaceTime with my kids once a week and somehow the 1980s get brought up and how "that was so long ago."

A man I worked with had 15 brothers and sisters!
15!
His name was Rio.
I asked him more about it and he said they had two fridges, two washer and dryers. I have no idea how many bedrooms or what the parents may have done for work (like sell drugs?! 15/16 kids!).
I just know those appliances must have been going non-stop all day.

Lunch: hamburger on a bun, Lays potato chips, vanilla sandwich cookies and cornbread.

Tomorrow is my last day to eat as I’m headed to the hospital on Thursday for “a procedure”.

Stone cold sober. I’m waiting for a repair man, so I decided to try and be productive while I waited. Now I’ve got the entire yard done and am still waiting.

In Hindsight..... This thread has very much disapproved of my existence this last week..maybe for the next couple of days I just put all my life choices to a vote on here and seek out approval....it'll be like a choose your own adventure book for you guys

I only have one sister but my parents helped raise my cousins for a while & would have all 6 kids plus my grandparents in a two bedroom cottage in the summer. That was when they weren’t married, so I’m sure my dad was sleeping on the couch!!
