Okay, first, you only got a "Love" reaction on that because of the recipes passed down from Grandmas. I get that and have the same. Much respect there. BUUUUT, respectfully, they too were confused when they made these recipes and named them Hotdishes. They didn't know the correct term is Casserole. And I have no doubt their recipes are amazing!
