Best nachos around me come from the bbq place. Chips, two kinds of cheese and your choice of pulled pork, pulled chicken or beef brisket.

We have a place that does Birria nachos and I can walk to it…. Damn good

I used to manage a pizza parlor for a few years… thinking instead of red sauce use queso… home made not that tostido stuff… the cruncked layer of tortilla chips… i hear @LatinaCarmen1980 makes a mean home made chip; then grated cheese; jalapeño; pico de gallo; maybe a shredded brisket meat?
