Darn contractors. If you have to go with tile first, do you have a friend with a good eye? Someone who knows the space (how big, how much natural light, etc) and whose taste you like will potentially help you cut through the noise and get down to a shortlist pretty fast!

We're around 180 miles so 50ish to go. Stopped with the partner I've been will almost the entire race. I ate 3/4 of a large pizza and had three cans of soda and two bottles waters. The later it gets in these things you cannot imagine the amount of calories you consume
